InoMedic Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiary Innovative Health Applications, LLC merge to form InoMedic Health Applications, Inc.
Hampton, Virginia – January 17, 2012 – InoMedic Inc. of Hampton Virginia has merged with its wholly-owned subsidiary Innovative Health Applications, LLC., of Merritt Island, FL. In recognition of the merger, InoMedic, Inc. is now named InoMedic Health Applications, Inc. (IHA).
Innovative Health Applications has been operating as a subsidiary of InoMedic since May 2010 and therefore the merger is a natural progression of business infrastructure with no adverse impact on operations or change in the corporate officers.
