Our staff is trained and educated in a wide variety of fitness and wellness disciplines. The KSC Fitness Staff is an excellent source to assist you in meeting your fitness and wellness goals.
New or Renewing Members: Come into the Fitness Center, fill out all the forms listed in the Membership Forms site, then have your blood pressure taken. Based on your answers to the questionnaire and your blood pressure reading, the KSC Fitness Center staff will determine if it is necessary for you to receive medical clearance from a physician. If it is determined that you need a medical clearance, KSC employees can get it either from the Occupational Health Facility here at KSC or your own personal physician, non-KSC employee will need clearance from their personal physician unless pre-approved to utilize services provided by MESC. Once this process is completed, the Fitness Center staff will issue you a fitness center membership key-tag. You must check-in with your key-tag in order to use the KSC Fitness Centers.
