Lorie Osborne, Innovative Health Application's (IHA) Human Resources Manager, recently passed her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification exam.
PHR is an industry certification for people working in the human resources management profession. The test, administered by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), contained 225 questions in the areas of strategic management, workforce planning and employment, human resources development, total rewards, employee and labor relations, and risk management.
"Earning the PHR credential shows that a person has mastered the HR body of knowledge and has remained current on HR developments," stated Susan Meisenger, President and CEO of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management)."
Ms. Osborne serves as the Human Resources Manager for IHA, NASA's Medical and Environmental Support Contract at the Kennedy Space Center.
